Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients' mental health needs, determining appropriate treatment strategies tailored to each individual.

• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans, employing techniques such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate clinical paperwork, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations; this includes proper documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, educators, and caregivers to provide holistic care that addresses the diverse needs of students.

• Engage in regular consultations with staff and parents to educate them on mental health practices, providing workshops or information sessions as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work or a related field.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related discipline from an accredited institution (Master's preferred but not required for application).

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
