Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for students to identify mental health needs, resources, and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using effective, evidence-based approaches tailored to the school setting.

• Facilitate therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, adapting them for children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and educators, outlining specific goals and interventions.
\n
• Work closely with school staff, including psychologists and counselors, to ensure a comprehensive approach to student mental health.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when urgent situations arise.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation of client interactions that comply with legal and regulatory standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, provide psychoeducation to students and families, and facilitate support groups to foster community and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students requiring mental health support, ranging from elementary to high school levels. You will work empathetically with those facing emotional and behavioral challenges, intervening early to promote wellness and resilience. This role requires culturally competent communication and a commitment to understanding the diverse backgrounds of our client population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or outpatient mental health setting, including direct work with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
