Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed practices.

• Creating, implementing, and revising personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments in urgent situations, developing safety planning as necessary.

• Maintaining complete and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
