This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a flexible schedule. Although the majority of interactions will occur through telehealth platforms, you will also have the option to connect with clients through video calls, phone conversations, or secure messaging. To ensure effective collaboration, you will engage regularly with our multi-disciplinary team through virtual meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Track and evaluate client progress against therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated treatment approaches.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute stress or crises, ensuring their safety and providing immediate support.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
