Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Many clients are dealing with complex life transitions, including those connected to hospice care, making empathy and specialized knowledge paramount. You will provide both emotional support and practical advice to help clients navigate their journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A Master's of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the field of social work or mental health.
