Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations for clients, gathering essential personal histories, current challenges, and risk factors to create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused interventions, tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering personal growth and emotional regulation through tailored support and intervention.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to devise integrated treatment plans that cover all aspects of clients' mental health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and mental health support, effectively managing emergencies and ensuring that appropriate resources are utilized swiftly.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
