Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges to create tailored intervention plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate clearly defined goals, interventions, and progress monitoring tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, nurses, and educational staff to ensure seamless and holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans to assist clients in times of immediate need.

• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, connecting them to vital community resources while offering case management support.

• Participate in community engagement initiatives and outreach activities to enhance mental health awareness and promote available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a distinctly diverse population, including children, adolescents, and their families.
