Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each patient’s unique circumstances, needs, and aspirations, informed by your education and extensive training.

• Collaboratively design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to each patient’s mental health requirements, ensuring active patient involvement in their care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy to foster patient engagement and positive outcomes.

• Work closely with primary care practitioners and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive and coordinated treatment experience for patients.

• Regularly monitor patient responses to therapy and evaluate progress towards achieving treatment goals, adapting interventions as necessitated by ongoing assessments.

• Support medical practitioners in managing psychotropic medications, emphasizing patient adherence and overseeing any potential side effects to enhance treatment efficacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
