Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting achievable goals and interventions that address the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in moments of acute distress.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies to enhance their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n
