Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide direct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, incorporating appropriate interventions and methods.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning tailored to the specific needs of clients in a detox setting.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely and accurate records.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops to enhance clients' understanding of mental health and to promote community building.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include individuals in the detoxification process, many of whom may have co-occurring mental health disorders. You will address their unique challenges while supporting their journey towards recovery. By employing a holistic, individualized approach, you will help clients develop crucial coping strategies and skills to maintain their mental well-being post-treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
