Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of a diverse clientele.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy and facilitate group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Implement crisis assessment and intervention strategies, working effectively to manage imminent safety risks and organize necessary interventions such as hospitalization when required.

• Plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage with potential clients, promoting our detox services within the community.

• Provide consultation services for individuals seeking counseling, guiding them through their mental health challenges with a compassionate approach.

• Participate in continual training and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of the therapeutic relationship at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our detox center primarily serves a diverse population of adults, including adolescents and college-aged individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will be instrumental in providing a safe space for these clients to explore their mental health needs, address suicidal concerns, and facilitate referrals for long-term treatment where necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work is essential, along with a current and valid LCSW license. Consideration will also be given to fully licensed LMHC candidates who meet the experience requirements.

• A minimum of three years of post-master's clinical experience, particularly in case management and treatment planning, is required.

• Strong experience working with a diverse group of adolescents or college-aged clients managing their treatment pathways is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
