Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health history and current concerns, accurately documenting their strengths and resources.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing best practice evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic strategies, adapting them as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team to provide cohesive, client-centered care tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments to ensure the safety and stabilization of clients in distress.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and in a timely manner, upholding ethical and legal standards applicable to mental health practice.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community support among clients.

Your client base will primarily include individuals experiencing mental health issues related to substance use, trauma, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
