Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, meticulously gathering comprehensive data about clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and available community resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Implement techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans, defining clear therapeutic goals and intervention strategies in collaboration with clients.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to create seamless, coordinated care for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings to develop and refine treatment plans that are client-centered and focused on measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, including conducting risk assessments and developing effective safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain and update accurate clinical documentation, complying with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality treatment continuity.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community and shared learning experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates will be eligible for a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
