Key Responsibilities\n

Your main duties will encompass providing psychotherapy and support to individuals coping with an array of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess the needs of clients, followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to suit client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide well-rounded, effective care.

• Engaging in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to enhance service quality and share insights.

• Educating patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university.
