Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health concerns and resources of students, guiding therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align goals and interventions with the individual needs of students.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for each student.

• Respond to crises by providing immediate interventions, conducting risk assessments, and developing comprehensive safety plans to mitigate risks.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring accurate records of all therapeutic interactions.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at equipping students with coping strategies and social-emotional skills.
