Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for students and families to identify mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices in solution-based and evidence-based therapies.

• Delivering psychotherapy services through therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions align with each client’s unique requirements.

• Providing consistent and clear documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes to track patient outcomes and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include school psychologists, educational staff, and community mental health providers, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for students.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment approaches and share insights that allow for ongoing improvement of care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
