Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients who exhibit significant mental health challenges, providing therapy in both remote and school-based settings.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams involving teachers, school counselors, and parents to develop Integrated Care Plans tailored to meet individual student needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, delivering evidence-based interventions while also coordinating referrals for more comprehensive evaluations as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic services are aligned with client needs.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts to stabilize students experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Monitor client progress through consistent evaluations and adjust therapy plans in collaboration with other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Adhere strictly to the ethical standards set forth by the organization, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Prepare and submit timely documentation and reports to maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents in school settings who experience mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
