Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your qualifications and clinical skills to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students.

• Engage with students in individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
\n
• Monitor and document students' progress towards measurable therapeutic goals, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on progress assessments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school psychologists, and external providers, to ensure an integrated approach to student well-being.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations and consultations, maintaining open lines of communication with parents and guardians to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide guidance and support in the administration of supportive resources, including crisis intervention and psychoeducation for students and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents who face various emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
