Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Vitality Visions, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for students experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that are both evidence-based and solution-focused, ensuring that they meet the individual needs of each student.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), applying these methods based on ongoing evaluations of the student's progress.

• Maintaining up-to-date clinical records while adhering strictly to HIPAA requirements, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Collaborating actively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and educational professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the efficacy of our therapeutic interventions and progression in clinical skills.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and community resources that can facilitate their recovery and support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students aged 5-18 in a school environment, addressing their mental health needs through a developmental lens. You will work closely with children facing emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and various psychological disorders, providing them with the necessary tools to navigate their environments successfully.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in California.
