Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to address presenting problems and align with client needs.

• Establish strong rapport with clients through effective communication, empathy, and respect, ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Administer evidence-based screenings to evaluate client needs, and develop integrated care plans that outline treatment goals and link clients with necessary resources.

• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in urgent situations.

• Monitor criteria for client admissions, continued care, and discharges, ensuring timely delivery of services and completion of necessary reports and documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with others to refine skills and improve treatment outcomes.

• Participate in committees focused on quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Patient Support Psychotherapy, you will work primarily with students experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
