This position is a remote role, enabling our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to work flexibly while still being part of a supportive team. Our services are delivered primarily to school-aged youth, allowing you to use evidence-based practices tailored to children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant legal standards.

• Collaborate with educators, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care approach that addresses the complex needs of students.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to drive therapeutic effectiveness and improve patient care quality.

• Educate and support patients and families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health to ensure high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged clients and their families who are facing a variety of mental health concerns. This may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders among others. By assessing and understanding their unique backgrounds, you will be instrumental in developing strategies that not only address immediate mental health needs but also foster long-term emotional resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment with a focus on providing psychotherapy.

• Extensive knowledge of psychotherapy interventions and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
