Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth virtual psychosocial assessments to identify the strengths, challenges, and needs of students in a school setting.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy and counseling interventions tailored to individual, family, and group dynamics.

• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions focusing on topics such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and social skills development.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive support network for students.

• Advocate for students’ rights, ensuring their access to necessary community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress using electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on children and adolescents.

• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans.
