Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with school staff, including teachers and administrators, as well as other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and support for students.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of interventions and patient outcomes.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families on mental health issues and available treatment options.

• Staying current with research and advancements in psychotherapy to integrate the latest evidence into your practice.

• Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring timely progress toward treatment goals while adhering to ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
