Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and psychosocial evaluations to identify the needs and strengths of each student.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the students' needs, focusing on emotional, social, and academic outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices to promote effective coping strategies and resilience among students.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists to monitor medication side effects and ensure continuity of care, while maintaining clear communication with families about their child's treatment progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to students experiencing acute emotional distress or behavioral challenges.

• Create aftercare plans with students and families to ensure successful reintegration into their educational environment after services conclude.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and treatment standards, including progress notes and discharge planning.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, review cases, and contribute to a coordinated approach to care.

• Research, recommend, and advocate for community resources and services that can assist clients, such as food support programs, healthcare access, and child care resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting children and adolescents within the school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

• A current and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
