Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, Diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to the school setting.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students and families, with a keen focus on cultural competence and addressing specific emotional and social needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring students in acute distress receive immediate care and support, while coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, aligning with clinic guidelines and ethical standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to students and their families, equipping them with knowledge and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to create a nurturing, supportive environment for students.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, making necessary adjustments to enhance overall patient care and achieve better outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research and best practices in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
