Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate each client’s mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions, and monitor progress through regular follow-ups.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, educational staff, and other professionals to create integrated care plans that address the overall well-being of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including assessing risk factors and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with vital community resources and support services, ensuring their needs are met holistically.

• Engage actively in community outreach programs to enhance mental health literacy and awareness within local schools and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
