Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments incorporating interviews, observations, and medical record reviews to develop a deep understanding of factors affecting each student’s recovery.

• Work alongside educational staff and rehabilitation professionals to create customized treatment plans that cater to each student’s psychosocial needs, ensuring holistic support.

• Facilitate discharge planning and transitions from school environments to home or other care settings, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
