Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather client histories and identify needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our digital documentation system.

• Work in collaboration with educators, school staff, and families to coordinate care and ensure clients have access to necessary resources.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of social work to continuously improve therapeutic practices and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds who are facing mental health challenges. You will provide support to those experiencing difficulties related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional concerns, facilitating their social and emotional development. This role demands an understanding of the unique challenges faced by young individuals in a school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) licensure in Arizona.
