Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate access to community resources such as support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, housing assistance, and educational programs, empowering families to navigate their rehabilitation journey.

• Assist in discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions from the rehabilitation program to home or continued educational settings, and participate in follow-up to evaluate the effectiveness of the transition.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve students grappling with the psychological and social impacts of injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 yearly, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
