Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate and address students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs effectively.

• Utilize observational techniques, interviews, and standardized assessments to identify and address mental health concerns in students.

• Deliver individual and group counseling through evidence-based methodologies focusing on managing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions that explore vital topics, including bullying prevention, stress management, and essential social skills.

• Work closely with educators, administrators, and family members to devise interventions tailored to meet behavioral and academic challenges.

• Assist in transition planning for students and coordinate referrals to community resources and additional support services as needed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop strategic safety planning when necessary to ensure student welfare.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops for students, parents, and staff to promote understanding and address mental health topics proactively within the school community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
