Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct psychotherapy and mental health services to students experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health to identify their emotional and social functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that take into account cultural and contextual factors affecting student well-being.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and parents to ensure a unified approach to supporting students’ mental health.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and interventions accurately.

• Monitor students' progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary in response to their evolving needs and feedback from the school community.

• Provide educational workshops and resources for students and families focusing on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements regarding confidentiality while practicing, ensuring informed consent is obtained from students and guardians.

The primary focus of this role is to support students within educational settings, addressing challenges ranging from emotional disturbances to social anxieties that affect their academic and personal development. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
