Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health situations, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other professionals to create and maintain a coordinated treatment approach.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups designed to equip students and families with coping skills and resources.

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines, providing transparency and accuracy in client progress records.
