Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess the mental health needs of students.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals and families in navigating mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and maintain individualized care plans for students.

• Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with best practices and organizational policies, ensuring timely and effective record-keeping.

• Educate families and school personnel on mental health issues and resources available for support.
\n
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to foster continuous quality improvement within the organization.

• Maintain a commitment to cultural competence and understand the unique needs of diverse student populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus of this role includes students from various backgrounds, many of whom may be facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral concerns. You will play a critical role in addressing the psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents in a school environment, providing support that promotes academic success and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license in New Jersey is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in individual and family therapy, particularly in a school or community setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of direct clinical practice in a mental health setting.

• Experience collaborating with educational institutions and understanding the complexities of school-based mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plan options.
