Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy through the application of evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral and trauma-focused therapies.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans outlining explicit therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, as required.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster connection and learning.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
