Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services both remotely and within the community, working directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments, followed by development and implementation of personalized integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients in their journey toward recovery, utilizing evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring follow-up and continuity of care, including monitoring admission and discharge criteria.

• Provide crisis intervention support and guidance during emergencies, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
