Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, assessing and assisting those experiencing significant mental health challenges.

• Build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues to advance shared goals.

• Conduct evidence-based, developmentally appropriate screenings and arrange for detailed assessments as necessary.

• Implement and evaluate individualized integrated care plans, facilitate connections to necessary services, and ensure seamless communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts when needed, offering support during acute episodes for clients.
\n
• Carry a manageable caseload, delivering individual, group, and family therapy specifically tailored to clients’ unique backgrounds and needs.

• Monitor client interactions and treatment progression, ensuring that services align with their presenting issues and treatment goals.
\n
• Collaborate with team members and participate in committees aimed at enhancing service quality and delivery.
\n
• Complete necessary progress notes, reports, and data submissions in a timely manner.

• Be available for on-call coverage to support clients after regular program hours as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, depending on experience.
