Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with patients to formulate customized treatment plans that align with their individual objectives, taking cultural factors into account.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, coordinating with other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Keep meticulous clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and detailed discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic standards and regulations.

• Educate patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with effective strategies to manage their mental health challenges successfully.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Regularly conduct outcome evaluations to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment modalities.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health research and practices, applying this knowledge to enhance clinical outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
