Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop accurate diagnoses tailored to individual client needs, utilizing your expertise in clinical evaluation.

• Collaborate with clients to craft customized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.

• Implement therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, ensuring that each session is aligned with the treatment objectives laid out in the care plan.

• Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and psychologists at Walmart Health & Wellness, to enhance holistic patient care.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, employing both virtual and in-person methods, to ensure clients are advancing toward their therapeutic goals.

• Assist in managing psychiatry-related interventions as recommended by medical professionals, focusing on medication adherence, monitoring side effects, and discussing treatment efficacy with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will serve a diverse client base, including individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds and mental health challenges. Your work will predominantly involve adults, providing supportive services to those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment that resonates with clients’ unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
