Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the client’s needs.

• Collaborate with patients to design personalized treatment plans that incorporate their individual goals, cultural backgrounds, and unique life circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services and liaise with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure that patients in acute distress receive immediate and continuous care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries, while adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge needed to manage their mental health effectively.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to gauge therapeutic effectiveness and modify treatment strategies accordingly.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health practices, integrating new research into your clinical work.

• The competitive annual salary is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
