Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at NovaCare Rehabilitation Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's specific circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining detailed and timely clinical records that adhere to HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists and psychologists—to facilitate cohesive treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patient care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve service delivery and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
