Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring approaches based on each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather critical information regarding their social, personal, and health backgrounds.

• Evaluate client problems and develop appropriate treatment plans within your scope of practice, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs.

• Design and coordinate programs and activities that effectively address clients' emotional and social needs, fostering their holistic well-being.

• Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary, employing evidence-based techniques to assist clients during acute mental health episodes and connecting them to community resources.

• Build and maintain professional relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance, essential for effective therapeutic work.

• Continuously assess and document the effectiveness of treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with established protocols and updating client records accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
