Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' strengths and needs, determining appropriate interventions and support.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups struggling with substance use disorders and mental health challenges.

You will primarily support clients seeking treatment from our detox center, including adults struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive compensation structure, with salaries ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload responsibility.
