Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of patients and developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet the unique requirements of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes through integrated treatment strategies.

• Participating actively in peer review meetings and case consultations to improve service delivery and share best practices among colleagues.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that can facilitate their recovery journey.

You will primarily work with diverse individuals undergoing detoxification, each presenting with unique mental health challenges and treatment needs. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and life experiences, often seeking comprehensive support during a critical time in their lives. Your role will involve not only understanding their clinical needs but also providing empathetic support as they navigate their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
