Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, collaborating with educators and parents to gather insights that inform treatment plans.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, helping students navigate challenges in their emotional, social, and academic lives.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that adhere to HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all aspects of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including school psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for each student.

• Participating in weekly team meetings for case consultations and peer reviews, fostering professional development and continuous quality improvement in services provided.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support and assistance.
