Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans using goal-oriented, evidence-based strategies.

• Delivering a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client preferences and treatment requirements.

• Maintaining meticulous, timely documentation of clinical records to comply with HIPAA and organizational standards, enhancing transparency and accountability.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to coordinate effective care for clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at improving service delivery and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing varied mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
