Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting challenges, history, and goals for therapy.

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with individuals and families experiencing various mental health concerns, grief, and adjustment challenges related to end-of-life issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique stories and needs, which requires sensitivity, empathy, and cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with exposure to hospice care or private practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
