Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of clients and their families, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, ensuring each approach aligns with the client's needs and preferences.

• Documenting clinical encounters and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and standards.

• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive and effective treatment for patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to promote best practices and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their treatment journey.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
