Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders through individual, group, or family therapy sessions.

• Engage with team members and stakeholders effectively to advance collective goals and objectives, cultivating a collaborative work atmosphere that focuses on client success.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine the needs of clients, arranging more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to linked services and maintaining clear communication with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Offer a variety of prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to client needs, with a focus on empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their mental health.

• As necessary, assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and solutions for clients in distress.

• Monitor and manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and ethical care while adhering to organizational and financial policies.

• Maintain accurate and complete records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and organizational standards.

• Participate in on-call services during and after program hours, contributing to crisis response efforts when required.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
