Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in delivering support and services. The candidate will primarily be engaged with school personnel, students, and their families via virtual platforms. While the full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility is essential to accommodate varying school schedules, unexpected needs, or crises that may arise. The role may occasionally require evening or weekend work to ensure continuous support for our students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of students' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional and behavioral aspects that may impact their learning and development.

• Develop personalized action plans in collaboration with students, parents, and educators to address specific goals, needs, and challenges.

• Provide counseling services to students and support their families in navigating issues such as academic stress, social skills development, and family dynamics.

• Advocate for students’ mental health needs, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and support services.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and community organizations, to provide comprehensive support.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate student progress toward their objectives, making necessary adjustments to care plans when required.

• Lead support groups and educational workshops for students and families to share strategies for coping with challenges effectively.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in social work practices, mental health policies, and educational laws to ensure ethical and effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 60,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
