Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with assigned clients who present with major mental health illnesses or severe emotional disorders, providing both individual and group therapy based on evidence-based practices.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, incorporating developmentally appropriate tools and methods to gauge client progress and needs.

• Create and implement comprehensive integrated care plans that coordinate with educators, families, and other service providers to ensure a holistic approach to the client’s mental health.

• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared goals of enhancing client outcomes and empowering students through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Identify unsafe situations related to client welfare, advocating for clients and ensuring safety protocols are rigorously followed.

• Maintain ethical standards and professional conduct in line with the guidelines set forth by the organization and the social work profession.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating decisive actions that address immediate client needs while ensuring follow-up support is available.

• Complete timely documentation related to client sessions and care plans, facilitating smooth communication and continuity of care within the system.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
